• We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. There's no advertising on this site.
• Free tools shared here run locally in your browser whenever possible — no data is stored, no accounts required.
• When tools call external services, the page tells you exactly what gets sent.
• The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send via the contact form, and basic, privacy-respecting analytics (no cookies, no fingerprinting).
• You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time. Email info@wakeelai.net.

Contact form submissions.

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. That's it. We use this only to reply to you.

Analytics.

We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Plausible or Fathom) to understand which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. It does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect any personally identifiable information.

Server logs.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs (IP address, request time, response code) for security and debugging. These are not used to identify you and are rotated regularly.

• No tracking cookies.
• No third-party advertising or remarketing pixels.
• No mailing list signups by default. You opt in if you want one.
• No data from the AI tools is stored on our servers when those tools run locally in your browser.

Some AI tools shared on this site need to call external services (for example, a language model API) to function. When that happens:

• The tool's page clearly says what data is sent and to whom.
• Requests are routed through our own backend so API keys stay hidden — but this means your input passes through our server.
• We do not store your inputs or the model's outputs unless explicitly stated otherwise on the tool's page.
• Don't paste confidential client data into any tool unless you've confirmed the data flow yourself.

We work to align with regional data protection standards including:

• Saudi Arabia's PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law) — applies to visitors in KSA and the wider GCC.
• GDPR — for visitors from the EU and UK.

In practice this means: lawful basis for processing, a clear right to access or delete your data, and a single point of contact for any privacy question.

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Request a correction or deletion of that data.
• Withdraw any consent you've given (for example, to be contacted again).
• Lodge a complaint with your local data authority.

When this page changes in any meaningful way, the "last updated" date at the top is bumped, and the change is noted in the next blog post.
